Hi jonas918 and welcome. The reason you cannot find support is that you are quoting an invalid Vaio Model. I suspect you are using the chassis model which is the same for all the different models in the series. Sony don't help by prominently putting the chassis model on the bottom. Try looking on the screen surround, on the original box or in Control Panel - Vaio Control Centre for the correct model - it will be an E-Series notebook starting VPCE.
You will find nothing using the PCG number. This model was released with Windows 7 HP 64-bit and so most drivers are 64-bit only. Did you try recovering your Vaio back to factory settings by pressing the ASSIST button when the Vaio is turned off fully?
